Organized by Japan Steel Drum Association, Executives and technical personnels from 11 steel drum manufacturers total 13 people reached Yingkou from Japan on Oct.18, 2015 for a two-day visit and technology transfer.
Member of Japan Steel Drum Association consist of 17 enterprises in which 11 steel drum manufacturers, 3 pail manufacturers and 3 enterprises for both which covers the whole steel drum market. This team consists of 11 influential steel drum manufacturers. At present, annual production of 200L steel barrel in Japan is about 14 million and pail drum is about 20 million. The member enterprise of JSDA covers the whole Japan market. We, Amex Petroleum & Chemical Yingkou Co., Ltd., as a leader in steel drum making machines industry and unremitting spirit of science and technology innovation for a long time, especially our new design-Weld line rolling machine and high-tech automatic line provided for Mauser-Germany caused them a lot of attention.
We have a deep discussion on some difficult problems such as the structure and theory of Automatic welder and Zirconium treatment. The team also visits our production site and discusses the whole production process in detail.
